Our virtual Back to School: Truths and Myths about Covid-19 was well received with over 1400 participants! The doctors from Nicklaus Children’s Hospital provided valuable information to parents and answered questions so that children were sent back to in-person learning safely.

On Sunday, Nov. 15, a virtual panel of genetic counselors presented to over fifty students about the importance of genetic testing and counseling in an event that spread awareness and educated the Jewish community and people of all ethnicities.
Organized by Gabi Frohlich, a Jewish junior family science major, the event was a “double-header” geared toward students interested in genetics as well as personal screening.
